Countries We Ship To
Discovery Store ships internationally to Canada, United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and select US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and US Minor Outlying Islands) — view US Territory shipping page. If you have questions or inquiries about shipping to another country or territory, please contact customer service at (international prefix) 972-265-4137. Orders to international addresses, including Canada, will incur additional shipping charges as applicable. Refer to the country shipping charts below for your exact charges.

International Restrictions
The following restrictions apply to international orders. Please note: contents of the package may be printed on the outside of the package due to customs requirements. International orders containing more than one item will usually be shipped together.

• DVDs: Currently, our DVDs are only coded for Region 1 (US and Canada), which may not work in video players produced by your country. We are working to offer multiple formats in the future. Until then, please refer to our list of International Video Contacts.
• Meade Telescopes & Binoculars: At this time Meade telescopes, binoculars and accessories are not available for international shipment.
• Hi-Tech Electronics: Certain hi-tech and electronic items cannot be shipped to select international locations. Please reference product pages for information on particular items.
• Flammable Items: We cannot ship products that contain flammable liquid or lamp oils.

From time to time, other restrictions may apply to international orders. To make shopping easier for you, we recommend you contact our customer service representatives to confirm that we are able to ship your desired item(s) to you. If we determine - after you have placed your order - that we are unable to ship your desired item(s) to you, we will notify you by e-mail and cancel your order.

International Duties and Taxes
Note: all international shipments must list the value of merchandise on the outside of the package for customs reasons. All taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient. All orders are shipped FOB-Southaven, MS. Once we have accepted your order and shipped the product, we will make no refunds and accept no returns. Please consult your local country Customs Service and other relevant authorities to confirm that no restrictions or special requirements will apply to your order. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local governmental agencies concerning the importation of your order.

In-stock items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times, methods and charges for orders shipping to Canada are as follows. Note: Actual delivery times may vary due to custom constraints. Order amounts and shipping charges are quoted in US dollars.

Express Saver delivery takes 2 business days* if your order is placed by 1PM ET (to avoid shipper brokerage fees, we only offer this discounted express delivery option).
Super Saver delivery is only available for DVD/book orders and takes 7-14 business days* (not available on media shipping directly from the manufacturer).

*Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
