Passport Rewards

What is Discovery Passport Rewards?
Discovery Passport Rewards™ is one way we thank our valued customers for their continued loyalty. All you have to do is sign up, and we'll clue you in on special offers and promotions as well as send you discount certificates based on the value of your purchases. Participation is completely free and voluntary - you don't even have to make a purchase to join!

Membership benefits include:

• Rewards for purchases. As a member, you'll receive a $10 Passport Rewards™ Certificate for every $150 you accumulate in purchases at Discovery Store or through the Discovery Store Catalog. You can redeem certificates through any of these channels regardless of where your purchase came from.
• Advance notice of special promotions.
• Special members-only offers.

How do I sign up?
You can sign up in a number of ways. If you are making a purchase at Discovery Store, you can check the "Sign me up for Passport" checkbox on the Shipping page of checkout and you'll start earning points right away on your purchase. If you are not making a purchase today, you can sign up at the Passport site discoverypassport.com. You can also sign up when placing a catalog order — just ask a sales representative and they will guide you through the process.

Are Passport Points awarded for all purchases?
Passport points are awarded for all purchases made through Discovery Store or through the Discovery Store Catalog, except for purchases made using gift cards, gift certificates or Player's Club cards. Passport points will not be attributed for purchases made through Excitations.com or CafePress.com. Reward points are tabulated on the selling price of the merchandise excluding shipping charges, sales tax, discounts and returns. Rewards certificates will be mailed in four to six weeks.

How do I redeem Passport Rewards certificates?
Enter your Passport Member Number and reward certificate(s) in checkout and complete your order. You can also redeem your certificates through Discovery Store Catalog. The entire reward certificate must be used in one visit; any unused portion will be forfeited. You may enter up to eight reward certificates online. Passport Rewards are not valid on Excitations.com or CafePress.com.

What is Double Points weekend?
Periodically, Discovery Store will award double points on purchases during selected weekends making it easier for you to reach your award goals. In effect, you can earn a $10 Rewards Certificate on only a $75 purchase! When you sign up for Passport, we will email you to let you know when a Double Points Weekend is on the way.

How do I check my balances, manage my account and learn more?
You can manage your account, read FAQs, review privacy statements, check balances and more at the Discovery Passport site, discoverypassport.com.

When are my purchases credited to my account?
Purchases made from Discovery Store or the Discovery Store Catalog are credited to your account within two days after the merchandise is shipped.
