It took a while for our tadpole to arrive, but it did survive. It just recently grew legs and came out of the water. Im a little worried after reading other reviews about the frog falling in between plastic. so Im going to get an aquarium. Overall its been a great experience for my son.

We too had problems with it,the frog fell between the plastic and we had to buy a new habitat anyway, we are still waiting to see if the frog will survive the ordeal.

Do not buy this habitat. Our poor frog fell between the plastic cover and the "terrain," and was squished flat. It was a horrible discovery for my 6 year old and for me. Overall, I found the plastic flimsy and the quality of the product sub par.

You should only use this for 2-3 African Dwarf Frogs. They are really small, about 1 inch long. That is like the only frog that will work on this tank. They are happy and healthy in there. Any frog over 1 inch will not live in there!
